Pricing FOR 5 NIGHTS:

Note: One paying individual in a room represents a “single” whether there are one or two beds in a room. A “double” is considered to have two paying individuals in one room with two beds and the charge is based on per bed. 

Note: The lodging and dining package cannot be broken into nightly charges or individual meals. There is no reduction in the rate for missed meals or missed nights of lodging. 

All guest rooms are furnished with extra-long twin beds, a dresser, bookcase, desk and closet. Telephones are not provided in rooms and phone jacks are not active. A micro-fridge (microwave, refrigerator and freezer) is provided in each room. TV lounges are located in each building. All rooms are non-smoking. Participants must be 18 years of age to stay in on-campus lodging. 

Extended stay:

Guests will be allowed to extend their stay by one night on either end of the lodging package for an additional price. This one-night add-on is intended to allow flexibility in the arrival and/or departure of conference guests traveling domestically. The one-night add-on on either end will allow domestic guests extended their stay to 7 nights covering June 9-16, 2017.

Guests traveling internationally have the option to extend their stay by two nights on either end of the lodging package for additional price. The two-night add-on on either end will allow international traveler to extend their stay to 9 nights covering June 8-17, 2017.

The one-night add-on rate does not include meals or linen. On-campus dining centers do allow for purchase at entry via credit card.

Meals can be purchased at on-campus dining centers via credit card for $10.90 per meal including tax. 

Welcome Folder:

CUCS can develop a welcome folder for each guest containing general information of Boulder and surrounding areas, high altitude tips, a campus map, along with any other information. Please note that this will incur an additional fee of approximately $3.50 per folder.

Transportation Services: 

Denver International Airport (DIA) Transportation 

Several shuttle services provide transportation from DIA (located approximately 45 minutes from Boulder). The current cost is approximately $35.00 each way per person. Shuttles usually will provide door-to-door service to the local hotels or campus. Guests may make their own reservations for arrival into and departure from Boulder. Options include the Boulder Super Shuttle (www.bouldersupershuttle.com) and Green Ride Shuttle (www.greenrideco.com). 

Boulder Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB): 

For a conference of this size, CUCS can work with the Boulder CVB to coordinate a welcome table at the registration location with information on the city and surrounding areas. 

Student Recreation Center Passes: 

CUCS can coordinate to provide each guest with a REC pass that allows the conference guest access to the Recreation Center at a reduced daily rate of $7.00 or $25.00 weekly pass. 

Parking: 

Parking can be available on campus for guests bringing cars. A weekly parking pass is currently priced at $20.00 per pass. CUCS can coordinate this effort with Parking Services to pre-purchase and sell permits to guests, which would be added to the final billing contract. 

Cancellation policy:

100% refund by May 10th, 2017. After May 10th, accommodation reservations are non-refundable.
